Return & Refund Policy

Returns Period:
At RemoteOZ Canada, you can always return the product back for refund within 60 days if your device doesn’t work with the remote controls, or if you have changed your mind(Basic Postage of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund for change of mind return/incorrect selection of IR compatibility reasons). Please contact us at sales@remoteoz.ca to obtain the RMA return reference ID BEFORE starting your return process.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 48 hours after receiving your return.

Refund & Shipping Cost Terms:

  • Defective / Wrong Items: If the product is defective or we sent the wrong model, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping).
  • Change of Mind: If you return an item due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong model by mistake:
    1. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
    2. A flat shipping & handling fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Warranty Claim (1-Year Warranty): We provide a 1-Year Warranty on all remote controls. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement.

  • Note: For warranty replacements, a standard shipping fee of $8.95 applies for sending the new unit.

Exchange Service: If you ordered the wrong model and wish to exchange it for the correct one:

  • Please contact us to confirm stock availability.
  • A shipping fee of $8.95 will be charged to send the new replacement remote model.

How to Start a Return: Please contact us at sales@remoteoz.ca to obtain an RMA reference ID BEFORE mailing your return. Packages sent without an RMA may cause delay for the return process.
