At RemoteOZ Canada, you can always return the product back for refund within 60 days if your device doesn’t work with the remote controls, or if you have changed your mind(Postage refund exlcluded for change of mind return/IR compatibility reason). Warranty Claim
At RemoteOZ Canada, we provide 1-Year warranty for all remote controls, if product failed during this period, we will provide you with new replacement unit for free(a basic postage of the new shipment will be charged depdenging on your location). Please contact us at sales@remoteoz.ca for your warranty claim.
Wrong model Swap/Exchange Service
If in case you have ordered wrong model for your appliance, and we happened to have the correct remote model, then we can swap you with the correct remote model (a basic postage will be charged). Please contact us at sales@remoteoz.ca for the product Exchange/Swap.
